Our Services
- A face to face meeting with you to draw up a profile of your requirements taking into accounts your desires, likes and dislikes. If you prefer this profile can be achieved by telephone or e mail. After our initial meeting/discussion I will provide a full report to give you the opportunity to add any further requirements.
- After the registration fee of 500 pounds sterling has been received and a signed copy of our terms and conditions I will begin the search.
- I have a good relationship with the local builders in the area and check on all developments in the making or the future. I will also contact all the relevant estate agents for details of homes on the market which may meet your requirements. I leave my contact details with the estate agent to avoid unnecessary junk mail or telephone calls to yourselves.
- I will then compile a list of properties I think fit all your requirements and forward to you. If at anytime you need further information on a particular property (possibly more photographs of the property and surroundings) before you decide to view then I will be happy to oblige.
- When you have your shortlist of properties you wish to view I will arrange all viewing appointments and I will be available to accompany you for the viewings and provide a guided orientation tour of the surrounding area with location of amenities, schools etc, or you can view alone it is your choice.
- I will research the specific areas where short listed properties are located. This includes details of schools private or public with ofsted reports and catchment area details at that present time, hospitals, clinics, surgeries, nurseries, transport links, gyms, sports clubs, golf clubs, cinemas, theatres, churches, local clubs and indeed anything relevant to your needs (taking into account the whole family). I will then produce a comprehensive report on each short listed property.
- I can assist you with funding options through specialist mortgage brokers and provide contact details of many solicitors recommended from experience. I will liaise with the estate agents, solicitors, funders and surveyors to ensure that the process is as smooth and speedy as possible.
